Specialty: Consultations at a distance
- Initial contact. We talk to set the parameters of the consultation and to identify your needs and wants.
- You provide me with a scaled floor plan. If this is a single family home, include its placement on your property, indicating driveway and adjacent roads. If this is a condominium, your unit’s location within the building would be helpful.
- You also provide a hand drawn floor plan and it doesn’t matter if you are not an artist. Scale is not the goal here. This plan includes doors, windows, and major pieces of furniture.
- Include a short biography, just one or two pages, regarding your current life situation. Please include things that you like about your life as well as those things you would like to change or enhance. Also include the date of birth of all persons residing in your home.
- Phone interview as appropriate prior to Feng Shui analysis. Topics will vary depending upon whether your home is existing or pre-construction.
- The analysis begins with a review of how your space and the Bagua relate, including omissions or extensions in the building or condominium footprint.
- Recommended changes and object cures. These may include painting, adding crystals, wind chimes, mirrors, plants, etc. or, if in the planning stages, suggestions for changes in interior space planning. My recommendations may be minimal or they may be huge.
- A verbal or written report is available. I honor the Red Envelope Tradition. Payment is to be contained in nine red envelopes. Red is the traditional Chinese color for luck and happiness and represents fire energy for moving forward in your life.
